All orders are processed within two business days (excluding Sunday holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email sent to your registered email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Time

We offer express shipping via Shiprocket, Piccker & other delivery partners on all PREPAID orders. We assume that deliveries across India will be made in an estimated 3 to 7 working days on Prepaid orders unless there are unforeseen issues which are out of our control. For COD orders - we only initiate shipments post we have verified the order over a call. Estimated delivery timings are 7 working days across India.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We do not accept any items that are used or opened. We do not offer refunds for such things.
